Following stints in professional baseball and corporate America, our founders and longtime best friends reunited to bring together their greatest passions: baseball, golf, and helping others. Eric spent 4 years in minor league baseball followed by two years coaching in player development at the top pitching facility in the world. Balancing a kinesiology background with his own high-level college and professional playing experience, he is able to connect and relate with athletes while helping them to reach their goals. Now, he looks to take what he's learned from the baseball world and also apply it to the game of golf, which he feels is well behind other sports as it relates to athlete development and modern training principles. Quentin joins the CG team as the brains behind the operation. He brings a wealth of knowledge in data, analytics, and consulting to help drive our company to reach highly motivated athletes from all walks of life.
